Labubu became one of the most coveted collectibles on the planet almost overnight — queues around the block, resale prices that made no sense, celebrities photographed with them hanging from their bags. Labucci takes that cultural moment and asks what happens when the vinyl toy gets the luxury upcycling treatment.
Modelled after the iconic Labubu figure and built to an oversized scale, this sculpture features authentic Gucci materials, a textured faux-wood-fur body, and a repurposed Gucci pendant as its centrepiece. It's whimsical and luxurious in equal measure — a piece that belongs in a serious collection while refusing to take itself too seriously.
